香港陶笛交流協會　(簡稱「協會」)　的成立，旨在聯絡世界  各地及本港的其他陶笛組織，舉辦跨地區陶笛交流活動，促進國際交流，為香港陶笛學生及愛好者提供更寬廣的交流平臺，擴闊其視野及提高當中的音樂水準。

協會同時亦關注基層家庭學童學習音樂的權利，將不定期安排義務陶笛教學以及資助有需要的同學參與國際交流，務求讓陶笛這種外表樸拙但實有天籟之音的樂器在不久之將來，更為香港人所熟悉。

The Hong Kong Ocarina Exchange Association (“the Association”) is established with a view to connect all Hong Kong and worldwide ocarina associations by organizing regional ocarina cultural exchange activities, facilitating the related international exchange programme and providing a platform/forum to those ocarina students or enthusiasts for exchange of ideas, broadening their horizons and inspiring the artistic excellence.

The Association also cares about the grass-root children’s right to music. Thus we will try our best to organize the free ocarina workshop from time to time to those in need and to sponsor them to participate in the international ocarina exchange programme. We wish this simple and ancient musical instrument, but with the soothing sound, could be more widely known in Hong Kong in future.
